Through our close involvement with significant Data Centre owners, designers and specialists,we have acquired an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the unique design aspects of the HVAC Systems for modern Data Centres.
Our designs focus on being appropriate to the type of Data installation, Cost Constraints and, most importantly, energy efficiency of the HVAC Systems for each specific application. AConsult were responsible for the design of one of the first KyotoCooling© passive cooling systems in South Africa. This patented system utilises an Energy Wheel to achieve free-cooling for Data Centre environments. We are also able to assist with the design of other free cooling systems such as those marketed by APC, Stulz, Emerson and Climaveneta.

Our involvement in the construction Phases of a large Data Centres constructed by an International ISP provider, we can provide site supervision / resident engineers who have world-class experience in the on-site management of these complex installations, if required.
